Four Seasons Yachts is redefining ultra-luxury travel with its first yacht setting sail in January 2026. As part of the prestigious Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, this 207-meter-long super-yacht features 14 decks and 95 spacious suites, each with floor-to-ceiling windows and private terraces β offering unmatched elegance on the high seas.
The shipboard Steward plays a vital role in supporting galley operations by ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and organization in all dining and kitchen areas. This position reports directly to the Chief Steward and is responsible for assisting with dishwashing operations, stewarding tasks, and basic culinary preparations as needed. The Stewardβs primary responsibility is to maintain a hygienic environment in all galley spaces, support the provisioning process, and contribute to a positive dining experience for guests.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Regulatory Awareness: Fundamental understanding of VSP safety guidelines and USPH regulations related to food safety and hygiene.
Hygiene Practices: Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in all galley and dining areas.
Safety Protocols: Ability to follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all crew members.
Galley Assistance: Assist in daily galley operations, including dishwashing, cleaning, and organization of kitchen equipment and supplies.
Basic Culinary Preparation: Assist with basic food preparation tasks, including washing, chopping, and organizing ingredients as directed by the culinary team.
Provisioning Support: Help in the provisioning process by assisting with the organization and storage of supplies, ensuring all items are stored safely and efficiently.
Effective Communication: Work closely with the Chief Steward and other kitchen staff to ensure effective communication and support within the team.
Team Player: Foster a collaborative working environment by assisting fellow crew members and contributing to team goals.
Learning and Development: Be open to feedback and training opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in galley operations and food safety.
Attention to Detail: Maintain high standards of cleanliness in dining areas, contributing to an enjoyable dining experience for guests.
Guest Interaction: Be attentive to guest needs, assisting in service as required, and ensuring a welcoming environment.

REQUIREMENTS:
Cruise ship experience mandatory
21+ years old, no offensive tattoos allowed
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Basic food safety training is a plus
Minimum of 1 year in food and beverage operations or related experience, preferably in a hospitality or cruise line environment
Strong communication skills and proficiency in English are essential.
Familiarity with food and beverage operational systems is a must. Michelin Star restaurant or hotel experience, especially in a sushi context, considered ideal.
Willingness to live and work onboard the Yacht for extended periods, with travel to various international destinations.
