The Assistant Repairman provides support in the maintenance and operation of all aquatic systems onboard, including pools, Jacuzzis, and water features. This is an entry-level technical role responsible for assisting senior technicians in ensuring proper water quality, system functionality, and compliance with USPH and company standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in maintaining pools, Jacuzzis, fountains, and other aqua equipment in safe working condition
Support monitoring and adjustment of water chemistry, filtration, and dosing systems
Assist with routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, inspections, and basic repairs
Help replace pipes, hoses, and perform minor mechanical and plumbing work
Assist in draining and refilling of pools and Jacuzzis as instructed
Support troubleshooting of equipment issues and report malfunctions to supervisors
Assist in maintaining logs, records, and compliance documentation
Follow preventive maintenance schedules under supervision
Ensure work areas, tools, and equipment are clean and properly maintained
Adhere to USPH, safety, environmental, and company standards
Participate in safety drills and emergency procedures
Perform additional duties as assigned by senior technical staff
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 21 years old
Ability to speak English clearly, distinctly and cordially with guests.
Previous experience in maintenance, technical, or aquatic environments is an advantage
Basic knowledge of: β’ water systems or pool maintenance (preferred) β’ mechanical or plumbing work
Ability to use hand and power tools safely
Good teamwork and communication skills
Physically fit and able to: work in wet environments, lift moderate weights, perform manual tasks
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and emergency situations
