TUI River Cruises designed as boutique 'floating hotels' with a maximum of 155-190 guests, offering an intimate and relaxed atmosphere with a focus on immersive destination experiences. TUI Aria - adult only, modern & beautiful river ship, the largest in European fleet.
The Barkeeper is responsible for the agreed standards and recipes as well as smooth and up-to-standard workflow in the assigned areas, mixes and serves alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverage to guests in various bars, lounges and service areas throughout the vessel by performing essential duties and responsibilities.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Conducting of the opening and closing procedures of Outlet. Following up on the tasks received from direct proxies.
Forwarding all necessary information and updates to the fellow Crew Members.
Reporting any issues to the direct supervisor.
Responsible for the careful handling of all work equipment and facilities in the assigned service area and carrying the equipment inventory (In case needed).
Monitoring the Stock of Hand in the assigned outlets and writing of the requisition for the next day/s and/or special events. (In case needed)
Completion and checking of the food, beverage, and consumables orders for the work area in strict adherence to budget-related and other requirements.
To carry out inventories in the areas of responsibility. (in case needed)
Setting up of the events, workshops, and tastings.
Perform routine tasks such as setting up and dismantling activities in the area of responsibility, and the proper stowing of goods and equipment to the highest level of safety standard
Production, including service of all bar drinks in accordance with all required standards in the work area, ETC.
Requirements:
Minimum 18 years old
Experience as Bartender/Barkeeper in luxury restaurants/hotels or resorts.
Shipboard experience is preferred
Knowledge of English language (B2)
Very good knowledge of products and restaurant operations
Strong budget thinking: ability to analyze and implement operational objectives.
Very good knowledge of products and F&B operations
Very good product knowledge of the bar beverages including the associated calculations
Very good IT knowledge, especially in MS office, Crunch Time, MMS warehouse system, Rescom, crunch time, MXP, time & attendance, Riskonnect.
