Four Seasons Yachts is redefining ultra-luxury travel with its first yacht setting sail in January 2026. As part of the prestigious Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, this 207-meter-long super-yacht features 14 decks and 95 spacious suites, each with floor-to-ceiling windows and private terraces β offering unmatched elegance on the high seas.
The Restaurant Host plays a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of luxury hospitality onboard. This position involves overseeing dining operations within designated areas of the restaurant, bar, and lounge, ensuring that guests receive personalized service that aligns with our commitment to excellence

RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide outstanding, personalized dining experiences that exceed guest expectations through attentive service.
Utilize guest preferences and feedback to tailor service offerings and foster lasting relationships.
Actively solicit and document guest feedback during their dining experience to identify areas for improvement and enhance service offerings.
Efficiently manage the restaurant's reservation system to optimize seating arrangements and guest flow. Ensure accurate and timely communication of reservations to the service team.
Welcome guests warmly upon arrival, provide menus, and escort them to their tables. Maintain an organized seating chart to balance service across the dining area.
Handle waitlist operations during peak dining times, effectively communicating wait times to guests and ensuring a smooth flow of service.
Monitor table turnover rates and coordinate with the front-of-house staff to ensure timely clearing and resetting of tables for incoming guests.
Maintain open lines of communication with servers and kitchen staff to relay any special requests or dietary restrictions from guests, ensuring seamless service delivery.
Address any guest inquiries, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally, demonstrating a commitment to guest satisfaction and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in all dining areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Demonstrate knowledge of food and beverage reservation systems and related technical applications.
Utilize Microsoft Office applications for scheduling, reporting, and communication.
Manage the flow of service during meal periods, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages while maintaining exceptional standards.

REQUIREMENTS:
Cruise ship experience mandatory
21+ years old, no offensive tattoos allowed
A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred. Relevant experience in fine dining service or luxury hospitality is essential
Minimum of 3-5 years in food and beverage roles, with at least 1-2 years in a luxury restaurant setting.
Proven experience in cruise line operations or similar environments is a plus.
Familiarity with food and beverage reservation and operational systems is required.
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English are a must.
Willingness to live and work onboard the Yacht for extended periods, with travel to various international destinations.
