Four Seasons Yachts is redefining ultra-luxury travel with its first yacht setting sail in January 2026. As part of the prestigious Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, this 207-meter-long super-yacht features 14 decks and 95 spacious suites, each with floor-to-ceiling windows and private terraces β offering unmatched elegance on the high seas.
The primary responsibility of the Public Area Attendant is to ensure guest satisfaction by providing the highest standard of cleanliness in public areas.

Contract length 4-6 months with following 2 months of vacation
RESPONSIBILITIES
Clean public bathrooms, elevators, offices and assigned crew area, F&B front of house, corridors and all public space throughout the Yacht.
Polish brass and other metals.
Clean carpets, upholstery, floors, walls, ceilings, draperies, windows, and room accessories to remove effects of water, dirt, soot, stains, mildew, and moisture.
Spray or fog carpets, upholstery, and accessories with fabric conditioners, protectors, deodorizers and disinfectants.
Dust furniture.
Wash walls, ceiling and woodwork.
Wash windows and door panels.
Empty wastebaskets, and empty and cleans ashtrays.
Transport trash and waste to the disposal area.
Pick up used glasses, china, and cutlery left in public areas by guests.
Deliver the utensils to designated area for cleaning and washing.
Notify management regarding needed repairs or corrections to lighting, heating and ventilating equipment.
Handle and maintain all equipment necessary to complete job.
Maintain a safe and sanitary environment for guests and fellow employees.
Answer questions about Yacht schedules, travel routes, and Yacht services when asked by guests.
Display courtesy when in contact with a guest.
Know how to care for plants and flowers as per instruction of Housekeeping Supervisor and Executive Housekeeper
Assist with the handing of guest luggage on turnaround days.
Ensure personal appearance, personal hygiene, and uniform are in accordance with company rules and regulations.
Possess knowledge of United States Public Health Rules and Regulations pertaining to assigned area.
Assure compliance with USPH Rules and Regulations.
Inform supervisor promptly of all relevant matters.
Ensure all guest areas are well stocked with amenities and guest facing inventory items throughout all public areas of the Yacht.

REQUIREMENTS:
Cruise ship experience mandatory
21+ years old, no offensive tattoos allowed
Minimum High school education or higher. Equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of two years related experience in hospitality field
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English are a must
Communicate effectively and clearly with guest and team members.
Team player.
Open minded and flexible.
Must be cost and quality conscious.
Adhere to specific scheduled work hours yet be flexible if circumstances require it.
Work with international team members.
Aware of Breakage Prevention Procedures
Perform assigned duties under pressure (time constraints)
Willingness to live and work onboard the Yacht for extended periods, with travel to various international destinations.
