ISMIRA Agency actively recruiting for position Assistant Server for Carnival Cruise Line!
The Assistant Server's position has three steps as per below, and all of them need to ensure efficient food and beverage (F&B) operations and maintain high production, productivity, quality, and guest-service standards in accordance with Carnival Standards.
- Assistant Server Team Dining - entry level, min 6 months experience required, fast food outlet experience is ok for this role. Based in the Crew Dining areas, serving the buffet lines, and ensuring the cleanliness of the Dining Rooms for crew members (serving crew, staff, officers).
- Assistant Server Rooms Service - min 1 years experience in room service or restaurant required. Strong hospitality and communication skills.
- Assistant Server Bistro - min 2 years experience in a full-service restaurant can be within a hotel, resort, or other Cruise line. Strong communication and customer service skills. Beverage knowledge required as well to upsell drinks.

- Promotion will be based on performance, and at least 1 contract will need to be completed in each Assistant Server position prior to
promotion to the next position, and then to the Main Dining Room as Assistant Team Server or Specialty Restaurant Server.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To be prompt for all duties and functions, as per Companyβs standard
- To be groomed meticulously and ready for guest service with a smile always following the look book.
- To carry the tools of the trade.
- To study and follow USPH standards
- To follow garbage separation procedures and all other environmental issues on board
- To follow all tasks requested by management.
- To study all Menus
- To consistently give service that exceeds the expectations of our internal guests
- Follow dining room standards at all times
- To ensure their assigned station is set up to company standard for each meal time.
- To serve and clear each meal to guests, and offer hot and cold beverage service throughout the meal, as per company procedure.
- To ensure table set up as per company standard, and maintained throughout meal service.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Age: minimum 21 years old
- At least high Intermediate level of English language
- Relevant working experience (see above description for each position)

UKRAINIAN nationality candidates may apply only if residing outside of their country, will travel to/from the ship from there.
