Four Seasons Yachts is redefining ultra-luxury travel with its first yacht setting sail in January 2026. As part of the prestigious Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, this 207-meter-long super-yacht features 14 decks and 95 spacious suites, each with floor-to-ceiling windows and private terraces β offering unmatched elegance on the high seas.
The primary responsibility of the Suite Attendant is to ensure guest satisfaction through the delivery of a quality and consistent in-suite/ stateroom service

RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the cleanliness of all guest staterooms/ suites in assigned section.
Provide personal assistance to guests and aim to exceed their expectations.
Be friendly and helpful to all guests in assigned section and all other areas.
Provide introduction and greet guests boarding in assigned suites during embarkation period.
Explain features of the cabins such as TV/DVD/INET, minibar, safe, room service system, laundry service and other services provided.
Handle all linen for the daily operation.
Use chemicals in safe, responsible and cost-effective way
Take care of the necessary exchange in the ship laundry.
Takes care of guest personal laundry requests.
Strip and re-cover beds according to set schedule and standards.
Restock the Mini-Bars, complimentary soft drinks, water.
Replenish supplies such as drinking glasses, stationary, ice and all other amenities.
Report and follow up all defective equipment, fixtures and supplies.
Cooperate with the Guest Experience Ambassador to create a positive atmosphere for the guests.
Ensure the cleanliness of the staterooms, by working with the House Attendants
Report any deficiencies to the Executive Housekeeper/ Housekeeping Supervisor.
Handle all equipment in assigned section safely (vacuum cleaner, suite attendant cart, etc.)
ETC.
REQUIREMENTS:
Cruise ship experience mandatory
21+ years old, no offensive tattoos allowed
Minimum High school diploma or higher. Equivalent combination of education and shipboard experience
Minimum of three years related experience as suite attendant in luxury hotels and/or onboard cruise line
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English are a must
Possess ability to make decisions
Good administrative skills
Must be cost and quality conscious
Work with international team members
Willingness to live and work onboard the Yacht for extended periods, with travel to various international destinations.
