Four Seasons Yachts is redefining ultra-luxury travel with its first yacht setting sail in January 2026. As part of the prestigious Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, this 207-meter-long super-yacht features 14 decks and 95 spacious suites, each with floor-to-ceiling windows and private terraces β offering unmatched elegance on the high seas.
The primary responsibilities of the Guest Experience Ambassador are to provide the most personalized and individually curated experience for each suite guest. In this capacity he/she is the direct link between the guests and shipboard senior officer as necessary. The Guest Experience Ambassador will work closely with all departments to respond to guest requests, glitches, and providing anticipatory service. The Guest Experience Ambassador will assist with guest, arrivals and departures as necessary. Will also demonstrate the ability to go above and beyond to deliver Best in Class service. Must be able to communicate effectively with UHNW guests and be proficient in hospitality software programs (i.e. Opera, Hotsos, Golden, Chat, Key,) to accurately input special arrangements the guest has made and to assure proper billing.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Demonstrate passion and knowledge in all international service standards for food & beverage and housekeeping.
Be aware of the incoming guest profies through Golden in order to provide a more personalized stay and exceed the guest expectations. Based on guest profile, and preferences prior to arrival, choose the appropriate amenity based on Suites selection
Pesonally escort their guests to the suites and provide a personalized check in experience.
As the Guest Suite Ambassador you may also be asked to provide and arrange concierge, personal assisance service, make dining reservations, book tours, excursions, arrange transportation tickets, personal shopping service all while creating curateed, bespoke experiences for our guests, story records, including the recording of guest information received from other FS Hotels or departments and the guestβs preferences.
Manage glitches, in conjunction with management team. Be available to wish farewell to VIP guests upon check out. coordinating with all departments.
Maintain accurate information in hotel systems that will accurately capture the guest experience and any glitch recovry measure taken while onboard.
Attend daily morning meeting with department heads.
Attend any other necessary meetings, such as labor meeting, group resume meeting.
Ensure all VIP sheets are always up to date with relevant information.
REQUIREMENTS:
Cruise ship experience mandatory
21+ years old, no offensive tattoos allowed
A diploma in Hospitality management. Equivalent combination of education and shipboard experience. USPH or HACCP certification
Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience as Head Butler in luxury hotels and/or onboard luxury cruise line.
Vast knowledge about F&B, Housekeeping and general service procedures
Familiar with basic shipboard operation.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Knowledge of general office practices, procedures and equipment.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to interact with senior-level management and owner representatives.
Adherence to specific scheduled working hours yet being flexible to operational requirements.
Ability to interact professionally with an international team
Capable to perform assigned duties under pressure (time constraints) and in a constant changing environment
